1e-Statements are only available to those customers which already receive their statement from ABB CONCISE directly. If you bill your purchases through a buying group your statements do not come from ABB CONCISE.
2e-Invoices replace the weekly mailing of invoices for items not included in shipment. These invoices can include direct to patient, drop ship, lens bank. and credit memos. E-Invoices will not include every invoice billed to your ABB CONCISE account. Please refer to your statement for a complete list of invoices.
3You may choose to enter up to 5 e-mail addresses to send your e-statement notifications to. This allows flexibility of including your office manager, accountant, business partner, etc..
4e-statements online archives include the past 6 month of activity.
