Chief Executive Officer, Angel Alvarez

Having built ABB CONCISE from the ground up, Angel’s strategy and vision for the company has led to the success of thousands of eye care professionals nationwide. He serves on the board of the United Way of Broward County; the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship and the Lighthouse for the Blind. Angel is an active member of Vistage and a graduate of the University of Miami where he studied finance and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. President, Brad Weinbrum

Brad has successfully integrated acquisitions at ABB CONCISE, generating a tenfold growth in revenue for the company while simultaneously nurturing a culture of commitment across all departments. Brad serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement South Florida and Hillel House and is a driving force behind a culture of giving at ABB CONCISE that has brought our philanthropic efforts to new heights. Brad holds a Marketing degree with a focus on Business Administration from the University of Florida and is a huge Gators fan.

Executive Vice President, Lynda Baker

Recognized as one of “50 Most Influential Women in the Optical Industry” by the Optical Women’s Association, Lynda is responsible for oversight and strategic direction for end-to-end operations of Gas Permeable lenses at ABB CONCISE and helps sustain our role as an industry leader through strong leadership in Sales and Marketing. Lynda has an innate passion for seeing employees reach their full potential and continues to focus on strengthening ABB CONCISE partnerships with our vendors, employees, and community alike.

Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Rinkus

Jeff leads efforts at ABB CONCISE to put the right people, processes, and systems in place to support company success. As a direct result of Jeff’s leadership capabilities, sales and units shipped by ABB CONCISE have increased 300 percent in recent years, while on-time deliveries and accuracy continue to improve at high rates. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s of Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and plays an active role in Vistage, Gallup Great Manager and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Chief Financial Officer, Paul Sherman

Paul Sherman, Chief Financial Officer, brings outstanding experience and business knowledge to ABB CONCISE.  As CFO, he has full responsibility for the Finance and Accounting team. His unique blend of skills, including: strategic focus, financial acumen, leader of transformational change and an acute attention to detail is invaluable to the ABB CONCISE leadership team. Paul is committed to his profession and demonstrates this through actively participating in a number of professional organizations.  He holds membership affiliations with Financial Executives International, Association for Corporate Growth and Association of Chartered Accountants in the US.

Chief Information Officer, Bert Hucks

Bert Hucks, Chief Information Officer, brings a deep background in technology, retail, supply chain and management consulting combined with 7 years of optical industry experience to ABB CONCISE.  In addition to his CIO responsibilities, he is charged with expanding the company’s portfolio of products and services with a focus on eyewear and e-business.  He is an advisory board member and guest lecturer at Florida International University’s Business School and holds leadership roles in local and national CIO organizations.  He is a graduate of North Carolina State University and holds a Kellogg MBA from Northwestern University.

Vice President of Human Resources , Tina Lennertz

Tina brings value to ABB CONCISE by attracting, maintaining and developing quality talent. She leads efforts in automating human resource processes at the company and supports business success through education and best-in-class employment practices. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Her passion is for sharing knowledge and experiences with others and in ensuring the ABB CONCISE staff optimize their potential.
